May 2006: our latest creation. Because we are asked so many times for a really good chocolate cake, we researched and found the right, rich, moist chocolate taste, then decided to do away with the white frosting that often interfers with the taste. Together with a top Santa Barbara bakery, we created this "Chocolate in the Nude" confection. Looks fabulous with all kinds of fresh-flower decorations.
