A Santa Barbara Wedding presents:

All our packages are the result of research, experience and imagination. We've paid attention to detail and cost effective solutions. All amenities are listed. We know and work with the best professionals in our area. Beyond this general - free - information, your commitment is needed so we can give you all the personal attention and time you require to adapt our offers to your particular wishes. Substitutions, changes, upgrades or deductions are worked out until you are satisfied.
Consultancy fees are built into our packages. By personal appointment, we will gladly show you your selected locations if you choose to visit Santa Barbara.

Due to the ever increasing demands we receive, we are asking a small administrative fee to secure our services. This fee is deducted from your final budget. We can then take the time necessary to check on vendor's and location's availabilities and finalize the many details of your budget.
Balance will be due two weeks before the event .

Hawaiian Gourmet Menu:

Passed or Stationnary hors d'euvres:
Chicken wings with bananas.
Salmon poupous.
Caramelized pork and pineapple on skewers.
Grilled coconut shrimps.
Chicken liver roumaki with star fruit.
Dungenes crab dip with plantain chips

Entrées
Organic mixed baby greens w/crispy wontons & tangerine vinaigrette.
"Steamed seafood Laulau"
Nanakuli chicken breast w/creamy coconut/herb sauce.
Chitake and green onion corn cakes.
Wild rice with caramelized Maui onions, roasted Macadamia nuts, pineapples.
Dinner is served with our famous house made corn bread and butter roses.

This spectacular Hawaiian Decor can be set up (not in every location) at the beach, in a park, winery, or Private Estate:
- Location fee is not included here. Basic amenities for 150 persons include:
  • - An 18ft buffet covered by a double awning, buffet cloth and underlay cloths
  • - Buffet decorations and arrangements
  • - 25 Table arrangements
  • - A Bar Hut
  • - Rolls of fencing to protect you and your party from passers-by and hide the adjacent parking lot in a U-shaped enclosure.
  • - A standing Canoe for ice
  • - an outrigger canoe
  • - Tapa cloths
  • - several tall banana trees/Bird of paradise barrels
  • - 8ft tables as needed
  • - Labor, delivery, set-up, break-down and clean up.
  • - All of it decorated with several hundred orchids, much of which you can then take home
  • - Leis for the bride and groom
  • - hundreds of orchids
  • - A decorated wedding arbor
  • - An officiant
  • - Project coordination by DSB

The complete set-up is $6,700.00 for 150 people.
Music, or dancers are not included. Other elements such as the portable fountain can be added.

Hawaiian Luau - grilled on site:
