Listed below, are some of Santa Barbara's most popular ordained Ministers. They will impart your ceremony with personal meaning, elegance and dignity.
Although non-denominational, Officiants listed here are familiar with most serious religious rites and able to create Ceremonies that incorporate symbols, tradition or rituals from various faiths. Each has special skills that you will find listed next to their names.
Standard ceremonies are written to touch and inspire. Custom ceremonies and Pre-marital counseling are available.

Confidential Marriage License
Reverend Rich Tobin can provide your confidential wedding license when you meet for your ceremony, allowing you to skip a courthouse visit. A confidential license also protects your privacy because only you can see your own license. Couples must show evidence of living together, such as mail delivered to same address

Marriage License Information
Marriage licenses can be obtained anywhere in California, can be used immediately and are valid for 90 days.
You both must be present
- Under 18 require the parent's consent.
- Have ready your mother's maiden name, and your parents place of birth. (State or Country), a certified copy of your prior divorce (if appllicable)
- No blood test necessary
- The license becomes public record
- 1 or 2 witnesses required
- County Clerk will issue a ceremonial license, valid 90 days.
- You must obtain a certified copy after the wedding ($14.00)
- Fees: $99.00 for Marriage License
$111.00 for Confidential Marriage License.
