Santa Barbara has much to offer when it comes to food. The caterers for your Special Event know all the best providers in town, the local fishermen, our Framer's markets. They bring you the freshest and most original flavors of today's eclectic Californian cuisine. The choices are yours.You can compose your own menus, then receive from us an estimate complete with wine suggeationst. Further catering resources can be found in our Directory. Staff: roughly, count 5 people, working 2 to 4 hours to set-up and clean up for a 6 hour/100 people Buffet. For a sit-down dinner, 1 waiter for every two tables is recommended.

Remember that for a wedding, in addition to your banquet tables (at least two for 100 people) , you will need one table for drinks, one for the wedding cake, one for the gifts and one for the guestbook signing.

Some public parks have a few tables and chairs or benches available. You will have to add rentals for larger groups.
