Stationary Hors d'oeuvres:
Priced per person – Minimum order: 15 persons

Santa Barbara Fiesta: Blackened corn, pepper and tomato salsa. Guacamole. Tortilla chips. Beef picadillo empanadas with mint dipping sauce. Smoked chicken and cheese quesadilla, Blue corn tortilla chips with jalapeno queso bianco. $ 6.50

Californian garden basket: Artistically carved variety of ten vegetables(mostly organic). Artichoke dip & curry/garlic dip. $5.00

Northern European Seafood: Smoked salmon with condiments and blinis. Gravlax with pumpernickel. Smoked trout chevrons on endive leaves with red beet and horseradish spread. Oysters on the half shell with lemon and cocktail sauce.Salmon mousse with toasted dilled bread.$ 11.50

Country French: Armagnac & truffle chicken liver mousse with baguette . Baked brie with cherries and pistachios. Rosemary potato gaufrettes. Country bread “surprise” filled with mini salmon mousse sandwiches. Saucisson sec cones stuffed with Celery remoulade.
Classic deviled eggs. Puff pastry cheese sticks. Goat cheese turnover. $10.50

Mediterranean vegetarian: Cashew and coconut humus. Eggplant caviar. Dolmas. Yogurt and cucumber dipping sauce. Falafel mini stuffed cabbage. Saffron cheese tortellinis. Stuffed cherry tomatoes with Minted taboule. Seeded flatbread. Pita triangles.$ 7.50

Asian fair:
Assortment of pot stickers, spring rolls, lemon chicken.
Sushi: California rolls, tuna rolls, cucumber rolls with wasabi, pickled ginger and soy dipping sauce.$ 8.50

Hawaiian : Chicken wings with bananas. Salmon poupous. Caramelized pork and pineapple on skewers.
Grilled coconut shrimps. Chicken liver roumaki with star fruit. Dungenes crab dip with plantain chips.$9.50

Classic American: Chilled jumbo shrimp with lemon wedges and a tangy cocktail sauce. Artichoke Florentine mini quiche. Chicken wings and drumettes with honey mustard dipping sauce. Stuffed mushrooms. Pecan and apple cheese balls. $ 7.50
