Santa Barbara Private Locations:
A May 2002 wedding ceremony and reception for a party of 115.




After the ceremony: The bridal party on its way to the cocktail area.

Reverse view: the lawn and mansion. Tables are set up for 105 adults and 10 children

A tented, fully equipped kitchen is set-up right next to the Main house.

The passed hors d'oeuvres:

  • Crispy Ginger pork wanton, chili soy dipping sauce;
  • Vegetarian sprngroll wraps,Thai dipping sauce;
  • Grilled Asian lemon chili shrimps on skewers.

A simple table decoration is best suited for this dramatic landscape.


A generator and electrical relays are needed to operate the kitchen:
2 ovens, 1 convection oven. One 6-burner range,1 double door refrigerator, 1 sink, etc....


Ten banquet tables are needed for the food preparation.
Here: 115 hearts of romaine, are being decorated with red beet hearts, chive sprigs and a Caesar dressing.
